Common questions

How do I cancel my subscription?

Subscriptions are billed through Apple, so they’re managed in your Apple account: open Settings on your iPhone, tap your name at the top, tap Subscriptions, select StudioPilot, then Cancel Subscription. Your access continues until the end of the current billing period.

How do I delete my account?

In the app, go to Settings and tap Delete Account. This permanently removes your personal information. Deleting your account does not cancel an active subscription — cancel that separately in your Apple account settings (see above).

I forgot my password.

On the login screen, tap Forgot Password and enter your email to receive a reset link. If you originally signed in with Apple or Google, you don’t have a password — just use that same Sign in with Apple or Google button to log back in.

My subscription isn’t showing as active.

First, make sure you’re signed in with the same account you subscribed on. Then open the app and tap Restore Purchases on the paywall screen. If it still doesn’t appear after a minute, email us and we’ll sort it out.

Does StudioPilot work on Apple Watch?

Yes. StudioPilot runs across iPhone and Apple Watch so you can control timers and class flow from your wrist without reaching for your phone.

Is there an Android version?

Not at this time. StudioPilot is currently available on iPhone and Apple Watch.
