Delete Your Account
Effective date: July 16, 2026
You can delete your StudioPilot account and its associated data at any time, either directly in the app or by sending us a request — no app installation required.
Option 1: Delete in the app
Open StudioPilot and go to Settings → Delete Account. Deletion takes effect immediately.
Option 2: Request deletion by email
Email support@studiopilotapp.com from the email address associated with your account and ask us to delete it. We process deletion requests within 30 days and confirm by reply once complete.
What is deleted
- Your personal information. Your name and email address are removed from our systems and all sign-in credentials are revoked.
- Your identity across records. Any remaining records are anonymized so they can no longer be associated with you.
What may be retained
- Content you created (such as routines and class history) may be retained in anonymized form for product analytics. You can request full deletion of your content in the same email.
- Security and login records are retained for a limited period — up to 12 months — and then automatically deleted.
- Purchase and billing records are held by Apple and Google under their own policies; we retain only what is required for legal and financial compliance.
Subscriptions
Deleting your account does not cancel an active subscription — subscriptions are billed by the App Store or Google Play. Cancel first in your device's subscription settings (App Store: Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions; Google Play: Play Store → Profile → Payments & subscriptions), then delete your account.
